By using TripSquad you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use TripSquad to:

• Harass, bully, or impersonate other users.
• Spam, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Break the law in any way.
• Upload or share illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of trip plans, chats, and other content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content so we can deliver the service to you and your squad.

AI output (Scout)

Scout gives travel suggestions generated by an AI model. We don't guarantee accuracy · prices, availability, and safety conditions change. Always verify with the airline, hotel, or official source before booking or travelling.

Paid features

The core app is free. Any paid features will be clearly marked. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; cancel through your app store account settings.

Third parties

TripSquad may link to or integrate with third-party services (Supabase, Anthropic, Firebase, Apple, Google). We're not responsible for their content or policies.

Affiliate disclosure

TripSquad participates in affiliate programs with travel partners including (but not limited to) Booking.com, Marriott, Hotellook / Travelpayouts, Aviasales, and Amazon Associates. When you tap a hotel, flight, accommodation, or product link in TripSquad and complete a qualifying purchase or booking on the partner's site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The price you pay never changes because of our affiliate relationship.

Affiliate revenue helps fund development and keeps the core app free. Our recommendations are based on what we think will serve the squad · not on which partner pays the highest commission. When relevant, outbound links carry a tracking parameter that identifies TripSquad as the referrer. You can identify affiliate links by their destination URL (e.g., `booking.com`, `amzn.to`).

Disclaimer

TripSquad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afia Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
